What is your refund policy?

Please review our refund and ticket policies below before completing your purchase.

General Ticket Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Tickets are non-transferable.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Memberships

  • Memberships are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not permitted if switching to another offer (e.g., Purple Galaxy Pass).

Camps

  • A $30 cancellation fee per reservation applies if cancellation is made at least two (2) weeks prior to the camp start date.

  • Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start date may not be eligible for a refund.

Parking

  • The $12 parking fee is non-refundable once payment has been made at the parking machine.

Special Events & Tickets

  • All special event tickets are non-refundable.
