Wheelchairs

Do you offer wheelchairs for guests?

Yes. TELUS Spark is fully wheelchair accessible, and a non-motorized wheelchair is available for guest use. Wheelchairs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and do not need to be reserved in advance.

Wheelchair Availability

  • Non-motorized wheelchairs are available at the front admissions desk
  • Availability is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Wheelchairs are intended for use during your visit inside TELUS Spark

Deposit Information

  • A $10 refundable deposit is required to use a wheelchair
  • The deposit is returned when the wheelchair is brought back to the front desk
  • Guests may be asked to provide photo ID at the time of rental
